Hosted by Em & Hebs, the 22 Degrees Halo Mini Retreat is an intimate multi-sensory healing experience combining sound healing, guided meditation, intuitive readings, manifestation rituals, energy healing and our signature Smudge Blend Ritual within a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment.
Created with the intention of making guests feel emotionally held from beginning to end, this retreat has been thoughtfully designed to feel soft, immersive and deeply grounding — allowing you to gently flow through different healing experiences at your own pace throughout the evening.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into the Halo space with calming frequencies, herbal teas and intentional rituals designed to help you fully disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with yourself.

This retreat has been intentionally structured to feel calm and spacious, with different retreat areas allowing guests to naturally move between reflection, manifestation, healing and readings throughout the evening in a relaxed and meaningful way.
Rather than feeling like a busy workshop or structured event, the evening is designed to feel like a true emotional reset — blending spirituality, nervous system healing, personal development, creativity and connection in an intimate boutique retreat setting.

As we continue growing and evolving our Halo Retreat experiences, this particular evening is being offered as a special trial retreat at a reduced price of just £35 per guest.
This allows us to continue refining and expanding certain parts of the experience — including our new Smudge Blend Ritual and guest speaker collaborations — while still creating a beautiful, high-quality and deeply immersive evening for our guests.
Future retreats will be priced higher as the experience continues to grow.

• This is an intimate small-group retreat experience with very limited spaces available.
• Guests will be invited to disconnect from phones during parts of the retreat to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
