The Halo Hour
An hour that's entirely about the sound.
Some evenings call for doing something different. Others call for doing very little at all.
The Halo Hour brings together crystal singing bowls, delicate chimes, guided meditation and Reiki for 60 minutes of sound healing and relaxation.
We begin with a gentle meditation before letting the instruments take centre stage. As the sounds unfold, Reiki is woven throughout, with a conscious healing intention guiding our energy work.
We finish with a gentle aura cleanse using tuning forks and our signature Halo Aura Spray.
Whether you find it deeply relaxing, enjoy the changing sounds and sensations or simply appreciate an hour away from the everyday, no two experiences are quite the same. And that's part of the beauty of it.
The Halo Baby Hour
Little ears. Lovely sounds.
Our baby sound healing sessions are a little different from the adult Halo Hour.
Created for parents and pre-walking babies, these sessions introduce little ones to a gentler selection of sounds, with softer instruments, delicate chimes and a relaxed atmosphere.
There's room for wriggles, cuddles and all the little interruptions that naturally come with babies.
For parents, it's also an opportunity to enjoy some of the calming qualities of sound healing and Reiki while sharing something rather special with your little one.

Despite the name, there's no water involved! A sound bath is a relaxing listening experience using instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes. Their resonant tones create layers of sound that many people find calming and enjoyable.
Our signature Halo Hour combines 60 minutes of crystal singing bowls, chimes, guided meditation and Reiki, with intentional energy work woven throughout. We finish with a gentle aura cleanse using tuning forks and our signature Halo Aura Spray.

Not at all. We'll guide you through the session, and there's no particular way you're expected to feel. Some people become deeply relaxed, while others simply enjoy listening to the sounds.
Wear something comfortable and bring a warm layer, as you may feel cooler while lying still. That said, we do provide blankets... and eye masks.
Yes. Our Halo Baby Hour is designed for parents and pre-walking babies, with gentler sounds, delicate chimes and a relaxed format that welcomes cuddles, wriggles and little interruptions. Check our upcoming dates for availability.
Absolutely. We offer private sound healing experiences for birthdays, celebrations, friends and corporate wellbeing events. We can also incorporate tarot, Turkish coffee readings and creative workshops. Get in touch through WhatsApp to discuss your plans.
Sound baths can be relaxing, but some sounds and vibrations may not suit everyone. If you're pregnant, have sound sensitivities or medical concerns, please contact us before booking to discuss suitability and any adjustments. Sound healing is a complementary wellbeing practice, not a medical treatment.
