From gratitude and meaningful connections to personal wellbeing, love and new possibilities, the prompts are designed to help you explore your own thoughts and set intentions that feel right for you.

There's no pressure to share your reflections. This is your time, and whatever comes up is entirely yours to keep.

Settle back during an immersive sound healing experience as layers of sound and vibration from crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments move through the room.

A gentle guided meditation helps you settle into the experience, while Reiki is woven throughout the session alongside aura clearing with tuning forks.

Bringing sound and energy work together, this is an opportunity to switch off from the outside world, relax deeply and enjoy a little time with absolutely nothing else to do.

Discover the beauty and symbolism of natural gemstones in this hands-on jewellery workshop, where you'll design and create your own personalised gemstone bracelet.

Choose from a selection of natural gemstone beads, each with its own colours, character and traditional associations. You might be drawn to rose quartz for love, amethyst for calm, aventurine for opportunity or simply a stone whose beauty catches your eye.

We'll guide you through selecting and arranging your gemstones, combining colours and textures, and adding sterling silver beads and a clasp to complete your design.

Whether you choose your stones for their symbolic meanings, their appearance or a little of both, you'll leave with a beautiful, individual piece of jewellery, designed and created by you.

No previous jewellery-making experience is needed. All materials and guidance are provided, and your finished bracelet is yours to take home.

Turn your intentions into something tangible by creating your own personal talisman pouch.

Choose from crystals, symbols, charms and meaningful elements, adding a written intention or personal message that reflects what you'd like to nurture, welcome or carry forward.

Your finished talisman is a small, personal keepsake to take with you, carrying the meaning you've given it long after the retreat.

We'll bring the afternoon to a close with a shared manifestation and intention ritual, drawing together the thoughts, wishes and intentions you've explored throughout the retreat.

Whether you're inviting something new into your life, nurturing something already precious to you or choosing to let something go, this is a moment to give your intention a little extra focus.

The ritual is guided as a group, but its meaning remains entirely personal. There's no need to share anything you would rather keep to yourself.

For those who'd like to explore a little further, a limited number of personal tarot and traditional Turkish coffee cup readings with Hebs and Em are available as optional paid extras.

Readings must be selected when booking so we can incorporate them into the flow of the retreat. Simply choose your preferred ticket option when reserving your place.

Reading spaces are limited and may not be available to add on during the event.

Halo Retreats are hosted by Em and Hebs, founders of 22 Degrees Halo, bringing together years of experience in intuitive practice, spirituality, sound healing, Reiki and creating experiences that are a little different from the ordinary.

Together, they'll guide you through the afternoon, sharing their knowledge and leaving plenty of room for you to enjoy each experience in your own way.

Places are limited to keep the experience personal. Optional readings must be booked in advance through the relevant ticket option.

We encourage guests to disconnect from their phones during parts of the retreat so they can fully enjoy the experience.

A small amount of photography and videography may take place to capture the atmosphere of Halo. Please let us know on arrival if you would prefer not to appear in any content.
