The Halo Hour: Dec 09 | Immersive Sound Bath, Reiki & Aura Cleanse

Wednesday 9th December
7pm - 8pm

The Motor House, Hatfield House, Hertfordshire

Sixty minutes to pause, switch off, reset and restore.

The Halo Hour is a deeply restorative evening experience from Halo, created for anyone who needs a little space away from the noise of everyday life to slow down, breathe and reconnect with themselves.

At Halo, we create immersive wellbeing experiences that bring together sound, Reiki, meditation and energy work in a warm, welcoming setting. Our sound healing sessions are usually woven into our popular sell out Halo Retreats, but after repeated requests for more time to simply lie back and experience the sound, we created The Halo Hour.

This extended session gives you a full hour to immerse yourself in sound, vibration and Reiki, with more time to settle deeply into the experience and allow the body and mind to soften.

We begin by gently clearing the space before guiding you through a calming meditation to quiet the mind, relax the body and help you settle.

From there, you will be immersed in the sound and vibration of crystal singing bowls and healing chimes, with Reiki woven throughout the session to support deep relaxation, energetic balance and a sense of restoration.

We close with gentle aura clearing using tuning forks and our signature Halo Aura Spray, helping you leave feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.

Your Halo Hour includes:

• Guided meditation
• Immersive sound healing with crystal singing bowls and healing chimes
• Reiki woven throughout the session
• Aura clearing with tuning forks and our signature Halo Aura Spray

All you need to do is arrive, get comfortable and switch off. For the next hour, simply settle into the sound, Reiki and stillness.

Whether you have been feeling stressed, overstimulated, emotionally drained or in need of some proper rest, The Halo Hour has been designed to give you space to relax and reset.

Come as you are and leave feeling a little more like yourself.
