Halo Hour: Sound Healing + Reiki

 THE HALO HOUR

Sound Healing + Reiki

Wednesday 28th October
7:00pm
60 minutes

60 minutes to pause, clear, reset + restore.

The Halo Hour is a deeply restorative evening experience created to help you step away from the noise of everyday life, slow everything down and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll begin by clearing the space, before easing into a calming meditation to quiet the mind, relax the body and help you settle into the sound healing session.

From there, you’ll be immersed in sound, vibration and Reiki, allowing you to simply switch off, soften and be held in the experience.

Your Halo Hour includes:

• guided meditation
• immersive sound healing using crystal singing bowls, healing chimes + tuning forks
• Reiki woven throughout the session
• energy cleansing with Palo Santo + Halo aura-cleansing sprays

There is nothing expected of you here. Just get comfortable, settle in and enjoy the session.

Simply arrive, get comfortable and allow yourself one uninterrupted hour to switch off.

This experience has been thoughtfully created to support deep relaxation, stillness and a sense of energetic reset, leaving you feeling calmer, lighter and more grounded.

No previous experience of meditation, Reiki or sound healing is needed.

Come exactly as you are.
