Throughout the retreat, you’ll be given space to pause, reflect and consider what you are ready to let go of, what you would like to welcome into your life and where you may be ready for change.

Through guided reflection, journalling and intention setting, you’ll explore what genuinely matters to you and create a personal intention that feels meaningful and grounded.

The shared energy of the group creates a beautiful sense of connection, but your experience can remain entirely personal. Sharing is always optional and there is never any pressure to disclose your thoughts or intentions.

Settle back and allow yourself to fully switch off during an immersive sound healing experience, as layers of soothing sound and vibration from crystal singing bowls and other instruments move through the room.

While you rest, Reiki and gentle tuning fork aura clearing are also offered, bringing together sound and energy work to support deep relaxation, energetic balance and a sense of reset.

There is nothing you need to do other than get comfortable, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive the experience.

You’ll create your own personalised aura and space cleansing spray using essential oils and crystal chips selected with your own energy and intention in mind.

You’ll be guided through choosing and blending your ingredients before creating a spray to take home and use whenever you want to cleanse your space, reset your energy or reconnect with the intention you set during the retreat.

Whether your intention is calm, clarity, positivity, grounding, protection or a fresh start, your finished blend will be completely personal to you.

As you reflect on what you are ready to release, transform or welcome in, you’ll have the opportunity to create a personal talisman to take away with you.

Using symbols, charms and meaningful keepsakes, you can create something that connects with the intentions and insights that emerge during the retreat, giving you a tangible reminder to return to afterwards.

You can also include your gifted crystal and affirmation card, along with a written intention or personal symbol, making your talisman completely individual to you.

A limited number of personal tarot and traditional Turkish coffee cup readings with Hebs and Em are available as optional paid upgrades.

Readings must be selected when booking so we can carefully plan them into the flow of the retreat. Simply choose your preferred ticket option when reserving your place.

Reading spaces are limited and may not be available to add on during the event.

Halo Retreats are hosted by Em and Hebs, founders of 22 Degrees Halo, who share a passion for spirituality, healing and creating warm, meaningful experiences where guests can slow down and reconnect.

Together, they’ll guide you through an experience designed to help you pause, reflect, reconnect and leave feeling calmer, clearer and restored.

Places are intentionally limited to preserve the intimate nature of the experience. Optional personal readings must be booked in advance through the relevant ticket option and participation in group sharing is always optional.

We encourage guests to disconnect from their phones during parts of the retreat so they can fully immerse themselves in the experience.

A small amount of photography and videography may take place to capture the atmosphere of Halo. Please let us know on arrival if you would prefer not to appear in any content.
